Mid-Winter Leadership Conference Tentative Schedule
Friday:
Registration: 2:00 – 3:00 pm
3:00 pm – Iowa Lions Foundation Meeting
Meal on your own
6:00 pm- Council of Governors Meeting
Evening entertainment: Lions Team Building/Get to know each other Activity

Saturday:
7:00-7:30 – Registration
7:30-8:00 – Welcome – Get enthused and excited for a BIG day! MUST BE FUN!
8:00-11:00 – Servant Leadership Silver Certificate or roundtable discussion (#4 on each track)
8:00-9:00 – Committee meetings with breakfast
9:00 – 9:15 Break
9:15-10:30 – 1st session
10:30-10:455 – break
10:45-12:00 – 2nd session
12:00-1:30 – Lunch with speaker and awards
1:30-1:45 – break – Strides Walk
1:45-3:00 – 3rd session
3:00-3:15 – break
3:15-3:45 Closing/Thank you

During Breaks: Games, raffle tickets, service project, peace poster displayed
