Coggon Lions Leader Dog Visit
Al Moorman of the Coggon Lions just contacted Brian to invite our club members to a meet and greet for the Leader Dog they sponsored. They received a donation last year to sponsor a dog and it is now coming to meet them.



The meet and greet will be at the Coggon Fire Station, Monday November 29th at 7:00 pm, if anyone has questions they can call Al at 319-350-9845.

Club Meeting 02/10/2010
Tonight was a dinner meeting catered by Center Point Foods. Our guest speaker for the night was District Governor Gary Glockhoff and his wife.
Deb Cress announced to the group that the Center Point Lions donated a check to the Haiti relief effort that the Center Point Schools have organized.

Meeting 01/13/2010
Phil Larabee, Iowa Loins Foundation Foundation Trustee was the guest speaker and talked with the club about the numerous programs the Iowa Lions Foundation and the Lions Clubs International Foundation do.
Regular meeting followed. Brian Atkinson was given his Warren Coleman Award and thanked the club for this honor.
